Vitalife Clinic is based in Preston, Lancashire, offering evidence-led nutrition coaching, private testing and related wellbeing services, as described elsewhere on this website.
Enquiries and consultations
Submitting the contact form or consultation enquiry form doesn’t automatically book an appointment. It’s a request for us to get in touch with you, and any appointment is confirmed separately once we’ve discussed your needs and, where relevant, availability.
Please provide accurate and up-to-date information when you contact us, so we can respond to you properly.
