What happens at a first consultation?
It’s a relaxed conversation about your health history, your goals and what matters most to you, no pressure and no commitment. From there we suggest a sensible first step that fits your life.
Do I need to know which service I want?
Not at all. If you’re not sure where to start, that’s exactly what the first conversation is for, we’ll help you find the right starting point.
What exactly am I paying for?
Professional time, advice and education: a consultation, a course, or access to programmes and group sessions. There is no product to buy from us, and we do not sell supplements, meal replacements or food.
Do I need to travel to see you?
No. Everything we do is online, so you can work with us from anywhere in the UK. Blood testing is done with an at-home kit, or with a phlebotomist we can arrange for you.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your details and any health information are handled securely and treated with care and discretion.
How do I get started?
If you know you want to join, choose a plan on the pricing page and you are set up in a couple of minutes. If you would rather talk to somebody first, use the enquiry button on any service page or the contact page, and we usually reply within one working day.
