Private Blood Testing
Understand your health through personalised blood testing.
Your body is constantly providing clues about your health.
Sometimes those clues appear as fatigue, low mood, poor recovery, hormonal changes or a lack of energy. Other times, they aren’t obvious at all.
Private blood testing provides an opportunity to look beneath the surface, giving you valuable insights into your nutritional status, metabolic health, hormones and general wellbeing.
Whether you’re looking for reassurance, investigating symptoms or monitoring your health over time, private blood testing can provide objective information to help you better understand your body.
Why choose private blood testing?
Routine blood tests aren’t always available when you want them, and they may not always include the specific markers you’re interested in.
Private blood testing allows you to access a wide range of laboratory tests quickly and conveniently, without the need to wait for an appointment.
It’s a proactive way of understanding your health, tracking changes over time and supporting informed conversations with your healthcare professionals.

We offer an extensive range of private laboratory blood tests covering many areas of health, including:

Convenient testing options
We believe blood testing should fit around your lifestyle.
Depending on the test you’ve chosen, you may be able to collect your sample at home. Many of our tests are available using a simple finger-prick collection kit or our innovative AutoDraw device, allowing you to collect your sample from the comfort of your own home.
Some blood tests require a venous blood sample. These can be taken:
- In your own home if you live within our service radius, or
- At a local phlebotomy clinic where appropriate
We’ll advise you on the most suitable collection method when you book.
Why monitor your blood results over time?
A single blood test provides a snapshot. Regular testing allows you to build a bigger picture.
Monitoring your blood markers over time can help identify trends and patterns that may explain changes in your health, lifestyle or symptoms.
It can also provide useful information about how your nutrition, exercise, sleep and other lifestyle factors may be influencing your wellbeing.
Rather than guessing, you’re making decisions based on objective information.
More than just numbers
Blood results don’t tell the whole story. They are one piece of the puzzle.
When combined with your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and nutrition, they can help build a clearer understanding of your health.
For clients working with Vitalife Clinic, blood test results can also help inform personalised nutrition recommendations where appropriate.
Why choose Vitalife Clinic?
Our approach combines professional blood testing with nutritional expertise.
We don’t simply arrange laboratory tests.
We can help you understand why you’ve chosen them, ensure the most appropriate sample collection method is used and, if requested as part of a separate consultation, explain how your results relate to your nutrition and lifestyle.
Because understanding your health starts with understanding your body.
